WASTE OF ENERGY Crack ≥ 4x, FF < 1.3x. You'll win but earn almost nothing. Skip.

HARD Crack < 4x. Need group distraction to deal real damage.

THROWABLES — optional boost, not factored into tier calculations. Only listed if they'd make a meaningful difference in fight result or damage taken.
NEEDLES — usually not cost effective. ★ means it would let you solo the target, but only worth it if it swings the tide of the war.
