The one-line read. BCC is a volume faction on a hot streak. They win by out-hitting people two-to-one
(1,500–2,500 war hits, 53 hits an hour in their 2026 wins) at a modest 5.3 score per hit, and they have
gone 5–1 this year doing it, climbing from Bronze to Gold I in five months. Every war they have lost, they lost on score quality:
the enemy scored more per hit and BCC could not out-volume it. They have 38 of 54 members with revives switched ON, including 8
of their top ten carriers, and they are a weekend faction — 95% of their chain hits land Saturday through Monday TCT.
How they fight — 2026 wars
How they win
- Hits, not quality. 1,487–2,518 hits per war; 32–49 members swing, median about 30 hits each. Their score per hit sits at 4.8–5.6 — they hit whatever is standing.
- Pace. In their fast wins (SevenWatt, DEATH WATCH) they built the lead at 220–230 a hour and closed inside 27 hours. Against a faction that showed up (TBA-Rise Again, 48 of 65 active) it became a 55-hour grind at 80 a hour.
- Top-heavy. Their top 10 bodies carry 56% of the 2026 score; the top 10 by hits take 50–70% of the swings. Sixteen L70+ accounts are the engine.
- They pick on absentees. Four of five 2026 wins came against factions where fewer than 35 of the roster fought. SevenWatt fielded 17 of 55 and lost 8,393–2,567.
How they lose
- Score quality beats them. Lucchese (Mar 2026): BCC out-hit them 1,811 to 1,628 and still lost 7,406–10,828, because Lucchese scored 6.7 a hit to BCC's 4.1. Same story in every long loss (One Shell, Cyclone, Valkyries).
- Historically they fold, they don't turtle. 7 of their 21 losses ended inside 15 hours with BCC making 25–185 hits total — Requiem 2025: 25 hits in 7 hours, 7 members active. When outgunned they stopped logging in. No sign of a disciplined bleed in any of the 40 reports.
- Caveat. Those collapses are 2022–2025 BCC. The 2026 roster has not lost since March and has not been tested from behind. Plan for the winning version.
- Losses average 6.9 enemy score/hit against them; wins average 5.3. LR's own last three wins ran at 7.7, 9.9 and 12.6 a hit.
Activity clock — when Black Cell is awake
Built from 100 chains (21 Apr – 20 Aug), hit-weighted by hour. No hit timestamps exist for enemy war reports, so chain activity is the honest proxy for when this roster actually swings. Red = their busy hours, green = their quiet hours.
Right now (20:21 TCT, a Thursday) 0 of 54 are online and the median last action is 5 hours ago — consistent with stacking, and consistent with a faction that barely plays midweek.
By weekday, TCT
What it means for Friday 16:00
- The bell rings in their quietest hours (14:00–17:00 TCT) on a weekday. Expect their first six hours to be thin.
- Their crowd arrives around 22:00 TCT Friday and stays heavy through the small hours (22:00–06:00 TCT is their peak band) and all of Saturday and Sunday.
- Five of their six 2026 wars started on a Saturday. The sixth was a Thursday — the one they lost. Friday is new ground for them.
- Their biggest chains this year: 659 (Sat 16:00 TCT, 8.6h) and 540 (Sat 22:31 TCT, 7h). They can sustain a chain across a full evening when the weekend crowd is in.
The carriers — who actually scores for them
2026 wars only (6 wars), current roster. Threat is the target board's composite; revives is live from the API; idle is hours since last action at compile time.
Destyni [2687577] is the leader and the engine — 164 hits a war, six of six. Moms_Spaghetti, Stondklr, RedSi, Leberger, Sellinganja and Kakashi_Hotake are the rest of the block that reliably puts up 500+ hits a war between them.
Evil_Cat is their only L100 but a mid-volume hitter (72 hits a war, 3,571 energy refills, zero xanax on record). Kragi (L87) is the same shape: high level, moderate volume. The score comes from the L70–87 band swinging often, not from a few monsters.
Traps — low levels that hit above their bracket
Do not let the under-25s open these. Every name below is L49 or under and scored 4.5+ per hit across 100+ war hits this year — that only happens with stats well above the level. Avon-Kerr at L49 out-scored half their L70+ block.

Bodies — where our respect comes from
High-value, goes down often (L60+)
Respect scales with the target's level. These are their biggest bodies with the worst defend records — the farm for BT, Crysi and the L60+ wing. 6 of the 8 have revives ON, so expect those to come back up: that is more farm, not less, while they are online.

Passengers (30 or fewer war hits in 2026)
They are on the roster but not in the war. Safe opens for the L20–40 band; low respect but free hits and chain fuel.

Posture notes for the council
Push or turtle is a leadership call, made live on who is online. The war status board exists so the council sets it. What the data says about the timing:
- Push window 1 — Friday 16:00 to about 22:00 TCT. Their trough on a day they barely play. Stacked energy spent here buys the most uncontested score of the war. Go in on the farm list above, chain it, and let the under-25s take passengers only.
- Turtle trigger — the L70+ block coming online. When eight or more of the carriers show active on the target board, their volume engine is running. That is when LR's 33 members under L23 become their food: 33 bodies at 5 a hit is how they made 7,600 against SevenWatt. Beds, travel, revives off (already 48 of 49).
- Push window 2 — Saturday and Sunday daytime, 10:00–16:00 TCT. Their quiet band repeats every day. Their peak is 22:00–06:00.
- Deny score quality, not just score. They have never won a war where the enemy averaged 6.6+ a hit and matched half their volume. LR's heavies at 9–12 a hit on L70–87 bodies is exactly that profile. Don't feed them the lows; make them hit the people who hurt.
- If LR opens a big early lead, watch for the fold. Their history says a faction that gets ahead by 2,000 in the first shift often doesn't see BCC again. Don't count on it — 2026 BCC has not been behind — but don't ease off if it starts happening either.
- Elimination opens Saturday. Both rosters will carry hospital noise from it. A BCC carrier in hospital on the board may be Elim, not us; check the reason on their profile before calling him down.
