◈ Why we're asking

Our goal is to give NEXUS members game-leading, up-to-the-second intelligence and the most powerful tools in Torn.

Those tools run on information — live battle stats, activity patterns, chain and war data, the movements of every faction that matters. Game information is the lifeblood of everything we build. The API is how we get it.

Every key contributed makes the whole family sharper: better targets, better timing, better defense. You're not just handing over a key — you're feeding the machine that keeps us ahead of everyone else.

In plain English

You're about to give NEXUS your Torn Limited API key. Here is exactly what we do with it — no fine print, no surprises:

✓ We never see or ask for your password. A Limited key cannot spend your money, send messages, or change your account. ✓ You can revoke anytime — instantly — using the box at the bottom of this page or by deleting the key yourself in Torn's settings.

The formal terms — the five things Torn requires us to tell you

What we use it forFair Fight & battle-stat estimation; researching and monitoring other factions including their members' activity patterns and movements; faction tools on this site; our Discord bots; our AI intelligence assistant; and tracking your own progress. We will not use your key for anything outside this list. If that list ever changes, we update this page and ask you again.
Where your key is storedFor under one day on this website's server (only long enough to hand it to our offline system), then permanently in an encrypted, offline vault that is not connected to this website — until you revoke it.
Where the data is storedData we derive from your key (stat estimates, activity history, target research) is stored permanently so tools and history keep working, until you revoke — at which point your key is deleted and we stop collecting new data with it.
Who can access the dataThe NEXUS service operators and your own faction's leadership, through NEXUS tools. Intelligence gathered about rival factions is shared within the NEXUS families it serves. Your key itself is accessible to nobody but the service operators.
SharingWe never sell your key or data, never hand it to third-party sites, and never publish your personal key. Aggregate, non-identifying totals (how many keys, how many calls) may be shown publicly for transparency.

ToS version 2026-08-07.1 · We honor Torn's API rules: keys kept confidential, never used beyond the purposes above, password never requested.

How to get a Limited key

➜ Create your Limited key on Torn
Name it Members of the Legitimate Family, set access to Limited Access, create it, then paste the key below.
We accept Limited keys only. We reject Full-access keys on purpose — you should never hand those to anyone.

Give your key to NEXUS

16 characters, case-sensitive. Copy the key itself — not its name, not the whole row.

Revoke — remove your key anytime

Paste the same key and we'll delete it from our vault and stop using it. You can also just delete the key in Torn's own settings — that kills it instantly and there's nothing we can do with a dead key.
